Scholarship Information 

The VRPA, VTGC, & VOREC are working together to support as many people who want to come to the conference as possible. Scholarship requests will be reviewed by our committee and handled on a case by case basis. Please note that these are for partial fee scholarships and not specifically complete fee scholarships. 

Please fill out the scholarship application by SEPTEMBER 1, 2026 to be considered for financial assistance.

We will let you know if you have received a scholarship by September 15, but likely much earlier.

Conference Registration Refund Policy:

Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00 pm on Friday, September 5, 2026. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after September 5th but name substitutions will be allowed; please submit substitutions in writing.
