Base fee:

(A) VRPA Member - Exhibit Registration – $405.00
You must be a Commercial Member of VRPA to register at this rate.

Cost of registration increases $50 after 5/31/23.
(B) Non-Member - Exhibit Registration – $610.00
The Non-Member Exhibit Registration fee includes a one-year Commercial VRPA membership, good through May 1, 2023. ($205 value)

Cost of registration increases $50 after 5/31/23.
(C) VT Trails & Greenways Member - Exhibitor Registration – $405.00
Commercial vendors that wish to join us at the conference that are not VRPA members, but are members of the VT Trails & Greenways Council may register at this rate.
(D) Non-Profit Exhibit Registration – $305.00
Non-profit organizations have two registration options: (1) you can pay the non-profit rate and this provides you with a 4' table in the Exhibit Hall or (2) you can pay the full registration rate and get an 8' table.

Cost of registration increases $50 after 5/31/23.
(E) Sponsor Only - No Exhibit

We are excited to announce a change in venue to the Killington Grand Hotel for the first time ever to help celebrate our 80th Vermont Conference on Recreation! We also have a new partner this year, the Vermont Trails & Greenways Council (VTGC) who will be hosting the Trails Symposium in tandem with our conference! The Combination of this central location and new partner will help maintain our historic attendance and attract new attendees to a state of the art facility. VRPA thinks these changes will make this event even better for all participants and exhibitors alike.
