VRPA State Track Meet
In addition to the Hershey State Track Meet, the VRPA hosts a second state track and field meet each summer, for boys and girls ages 7-14. In addition to providing a second opportunity for a state level competition, the age groupings for this event allow 7 and 8 year old athletes to compete which is not the case at the Hershey Meet.
The VRPA State Track Meet is typically held two weeks after the State Hershey Meet, and every effort is made to hold this event in the southern part of the state, since the Hershey Meet is held in Essex.
The 2007 VRPA State Track Meet will once again be held at Windsor High School Saturday, July 21st. Both teams and individuals are eligible to compete.
