Recreation Assistant/Program Director

The Town of Hartland Recreation Department is seeking an energetic, well organized, people person for our assistant recreation/program director. This position is responsible for the overall implementation of programs, recruitment of staff and participants as well as administrative duties that might be required.

Successful candidates will have experience working in a recreation setting, implementing programs and events, strong organizational and problem solving skills and possess strong interpersonal and database skills. CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.

This salaried full time position will average 40-45 hours / week seasonally adjusted. Salary dependent upon education and experience. Excellent benefits package.
